Provisional status and participation question

According to what I can find here: http://www.novaroma.org/tabularium/leges/2004-10-07-iv.html, a provisional citizen can't vote or stand for public office. Can anyone tell me whether provisional citizens can participate in Sodalitae or other activities of Nova Roma?

I'm not sure. I know citizenship is required to make create one, though.

As I was just today accepted into the Sodalitas Musarum, I'm assuming provisional citizens can belong.

I was in that group once. It wasn't very active at the time so I lost interest. Hopefully it's more active now.

I don't know if it's the same for the other sodalitates, or not.  I was just accepted into the Sodalitas Latinitatis.  So, at least these two sodalitates allow provisional citizens to belong.  I would guess the others likely do, as well; can't say with any certainty, though.
